Luke Larson is a Marine Infantry Officer, published author, and president of Axon (Ticker AAXN), formerly Taser.  He makes the case that providing police officers with non lethal weapons greatly reduces the overall risk to society.  He also talks about Axon’s body cameras and cloud-based evidence management software, and how that can provide an indisputable evidence trail to keep the public safe.
